Com Hem has taken the step into the mobile world. The first step is mobile marketing as a complement DM channel for the purpose of increasing sales in different client segments.
Today traditional DM is
one of Com Hem's largest marketing channels. The goal is to augment the
investment in Digital DM partly for reducing the marketing costs and to
increase the efficiency to reach a better ROMI.
